About the event
As part of the ongoing collaboration with Caroline Mathias and Two-Turn Tango, Caroline will join us on 17th March at The Gate for a *new* technique class followed by guided práctica.
From Caroline: ''We will draw on my training at DNI Tango, which was renowned for the ‘TTC Technique’ developed by its founders, as well as taking inspiration from other fields of dance and movement. By exploring our own tango in detail we can be more comfortable, confident and creative as we dance.
This class is for both roles and all levels, and will combine individual exercises with work in pairs and some fantastic music to get us moving. The focus on March 17th will be *spirals*.''
During the practica the music will be played in tandas, but without cortinas.
